The holiday gift giving period towards the end of the year may have some impact on delivery. For rush projects like engagement rings or gifts with hard deadlines, we can sometimes accommodate faster timelines. Just let us know as early as possible.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes. During the consultation, we will discuss your budget and offer design and material options that fit comfortably within it. Do I need to pay upfront?
We typically require a 50% deposit to begin design and production. The remaining balance is due when your piece is completed and ready for delivery. This allows us to begin sourcing materials and creating your custom design right away.
